For beginners, it is better to stick to a simple and straight forward method rather than going to the more adventurous and complex way of homemade colon cleansing diet and other colon cleansers available in the market.

In this guide, we will be using Colonix.

Preparation.

1.    Bear in mind, for a thorough colon cleanse we must ensure that we have sufficient product to get us through. Otherwise, halfway through the regimen we realised that we have to run out to restock, which can affect our focus on the diet. So, first thing, get yourself stocked up with 3 months of Colonix supply.
2.    Then, start paying attention to your food and reduce intake of unhealthy food. Cut down the intake of junk food, coffee, soft drinks. This is like a warmup detox session and you can even go on a colon cleansing fast.
3.    Colon cleansing fast consist of taking natural and healthy food like fruit and vegetables juices or water. This is to adjust your  body to get use without the presence of the usual unhealthy food you had been taking regularly.

The colon cleansing regimen.

1.    In the morning, before eating anything, take 2 Paranil capsules with a big glass of water. It is essential to keep reminding yourself to drink a lot of water to avoid dehydration.
2.    Wait at least 15 minutes and you can take the Colonix cleanser. A scoop is usually given in the box. Use the scoop, take ½ scoop of the Colonix fiber and mix it with liquid. To add creativity to your drink, you can choose liquid like fruit juices. After stirring the contents, drink it immediately.
3.    You can start to take your breakfast, 15 minutes after taking Colonix.

During the day

Drink a lot of water or liquid when you take Colonix to avoid from getting your body dehydrated.

At night

Before going to sleep, prepare a glass of KleriTea that comes with the Colonix colon cleansing kits. It is like making any tea, where you soak it in a glass of hot water for 2 to 3 minutes. This tea is to help you with your digestion and aid fast transit of toxin from your body. It will not take effect immediately but usually bowel movements will occur in the next morning.

Day 6 – 30.

Here’s a brief routine for day 6 until day 30.
1.    Take Paranil in the morning before you have anything.
2.    After 15 minutes, take 1 scoop of Colonix with water, juices or any healthy and safe liquid. You may drink water after Colonix mixture to clear your throat and mouth. Make sure you drink Colonix mixture immediately and don’t let it sit
3.    At night, take the colon cleansing tea, Kleritea before you go to bed. You can experiment on adjusting how strong you want your tea. Soak it longer if you want it stronger and take notice of your bowel movement in the morning to see if it’s getting better.

From Day 31 to Day 90

This is the time where you give yourself a cal for completing the first month of colon cleansing diet. Ater 30 days, stop taking Paranil and KeriTea for 5 days but continue taking Colonix. After the 5 days, continue again taking Paranil and KleriTea.

Tips to keep in mind during colon cleansing.
1.    Consume a lot of water. You may take coups and broth to maintain electrolytes in your body.
2.    You may even give your body extra boost during colon cleansing diet  by taking vitamin C.
3.    Another supplement you can take is the Nutritional Yeast flakes where you can mix it with your Colonix mixture. It taste delicious and it contains high nutritional values.
4.    Get involve in exercise. You can buy a trampoline or go for jogging as a cheaper and easier alternative. Exercising can help your body eliminate toxins.
5.    Adopt a proper digestive habits like chewing your food thoroughly before swallowing, eating calmly and balancing your food intake to suit your body needs.
