How often should you cleanse your colon
Colon cleanses are well recommended to everyone but how do we know when we need a colon cleanse? There are some clues that our body gives out as a signal to us. First, we can examine the colour of our bowel and also our bowel movements. A healthy bowel have mild odor, brown in colour, and does not strain.
Bowel problems arises from factors such as our environment, smoking, intake of drus such as antibiotics, dehydration, stress, mucoid plaque, negative moods and parasites.
Some symptoms that, if not treated will lead to colon cancer and these are like irritable bowel syndrome, and bowel obstruction or constipation.
Generally, you should go for colon cleansing 4 times a year. The again, it goes down to how our health is . If we strain it by constantly living unhealthily, then it is better we go for colon cleanse more often. If we are healthy and do not face much problems such as constipation or occasionally falling ill. Then we just need the regular 4 times a year colon cleanse.
Colon cleanse is alternative to laxatives intake and enemas. It is a better option as it has the benefits which the other 2 products do not supply. Laxatives causes weight loss but it was actually the body losing a lot of water. That is bad because it will dehydrates our body.
Enemas cleans out everything from our body leaving is deprived from good bacterias and nutrients. That’s why probiotics are needed after the cleansing to replenish the lost nutrients.
Colon cleansing promotes better health. With better health a person will suffer less pains and aches around the body, have more energy, sleeps better, is better looking, have better skin complexion, free from laxatives dependency and more energetic.
The downside of colon cleansing to some people are :
1. Too costly or expensive
2. Too complicated
3. Too extreme that it strains our health leaving us weak.
4. Inconvenient and require a lot of steps for preparation.
5. Causes allergies as the ingredient are not refined.
